Scott Jarrett
 Scott Jarrett has held numerous sales management, recruiting, and career development positions since 1989. Staffing and professional level recruiting has been at the forefront. Scott started his career with a regional recruiting firm in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to Proticon, he worked as a Staffing Supervisor, Sales Director, and Branch Manager for regional and national placement firms within the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore Metro areas. Scott has trained, coached, and mentored new recruiters and sales professionals within the staffing industry. He has educated many new employees on client sales strategies and the candidate recruitment processes within Administrative as well as Accounting and Finance verticals. Lisa Ruffini
 Lisa Ruffini has worked as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager in Washington, D.C., and has held various positions within the education system. She has demonstrated throughout her career the ability to adapt to change and impact organizations. Prior to Proticon, she was the Technology Coordinator for Saints Peter and Paul School in Easton, MD. While in this role, Lisa transformed the school's technology from an outdated, unsupported mix of platforms with no Internet or email access, to a network of over 200 workstations, complete with standards and methodologies. She raised over $500,000 as part of that effort through various campaigns. She was instrumental in providing computers in every classroom, implementing wireless portable computer labs, and developing and maintaining the school and parish web presence. Lisa was also the Chairperson for the Saints Peter and Paul 50th Anniversary Celebration and for their Annual Fund. Eric Jammer
 Eric is the Managing Director for Proticon Hospitality - the Professional Recruiting division of Proticon specializing in recruitment and placement of professional level talent for Hotels, Restaurants and Golf industries. He brings over 15 years of sales and operations experience with leading retail corporations as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Prior to Proticon, Eric recruited and placed senior level talent in hospitality and corporate travel verticals for a national recruiting firm. He has held management and supervisory positions and has established himself as a trusted recruiter who delivers results for the clients and candidates he represents. Wyatt Cook
Wyatt Cook has been involved in the field of education and human resources for more than 20 years. He has worked as an elementary and high school teacher, college internship counselor, human resource professional, recruiter, trainer, and employee relations specialist in educational, financial and technology related industries. Wyatt has expertise in recruiting, interviewing, career and job development and other human resource areas that create forward thinking workplaces. Seeing people succeed and have them focus on the technical skills and the emotional aspects involved in getting a job are the most rewarding parts of his work. Wyatt obtained his Master's degree in Counseling of the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing from Gallaudet University in Washington, DC.  Connie Alderfer has been working in the Human Resources and Recruiting arena since 1987, and her experience encompasses all facets of Human Resource Management. She started her HR career at Citigroup where she was a regional recruiter for the credit card sector. She served as Human Resources Manager for the American Red Cross and Director of Human Resources for Integrated Marketing Solutions where she honed her skills in Information Technology recruiting.  Dominique Jarrett joined Proticon in 2007 in an office support and administrative role, bringing with her over fifteen years of experience in this capacity. She enjoys a successful career as a Physical Therapist in Easton, MD. Dominique's organizational skills, documentation, and drive to perfection are highly valued at Proticon. She assists with database maintenance, promotional marketing materials, and quality control.
