We employ the following process in every search we conduct:

Networking and Sourcing
Our recruiters leverage their expertise to locate the best active, passive and passive-active candidates the market has to offer. For each search, we will speak with hundreds of industry professionals that have skills in and around what you are looking for.

In-Person Candidate Interview and Evaluation
After exhaustive telephone conversations, we narrow down our talent pool to the best 10 candidates and conduct in-person interviews with each of them (unless a candidate lives out of state). For every candidate we interview, we review their career background, discuss their goals, assess skills, verify degrees and certifications, and check references. This is all done prior to us presenting a candidate to you for consideration.

Matching and Presentation
Not every qualified candidate we meet will succeed within your environment. To maximize your time, we will select only the top candidates that best meet the criteria you are looking for and present them to you for consideration. We will also facilitate the interview process to accommodate your schedule and ensure a quick and efficient hiring process, so as not to lose out on top talent.

Brief and Debrief
Prior to meeting any of our candidates, we ensure they are familiar with your organization and the expectations of the job, and that you are familiar with their qualifications and career goals. After meeting a Proticon candidate, we conduct thorough debriefs to ensure interest levels and provide both parties with detailed feedback.

Placement
Through effective communication throughout the process, we ensure a smooth offer/acceptance process.

Post Placement
Once an offer is accepted, we will coach the candidate through the difficult process of resignation, help them overcome the ever present counter offer, and make sure they get off to a good start with your organization. Our relationship does not end once an offer is accepted. We will ensure a smooth transition period.
